The Andersons use the leftover turkey to make stuffing, gravy and turkey sandwiches the next day. They look like this:
They taste really swell. I think I’ll incorporate it into our Thanksgiving traditions.

it’s actually the pop-n-fresh croissant dough from mr. pillsbury. you pop them in the oven and they come out so yum yum yummy…..

Another great post-turkey sandwich: the Turkey Sandwich from the Deli at Indiana U: Wheat bread, mayo, turkey, CRANBERRY SAUCE YES CRANBERRY SAUCE and whole wheat bread, in that order.

so you bake the croissants first, then split them open and fill with turkey and stuffing? Or you put meat inside raw dough and then bake it?

susan - you just pop open the can, unroll, fill and bake the amount of time it says on the package plus 2 minutes. at least that is what we did.
